Click buy gems and after i choose the amount and click my cc the screen goes black. do the ctrl,alt,del thing and try again, and again, and again. I do appreciate Anets obvious concern about my finances but could you fix this please? Please take my money.

I have exactly the same problem. Black Screen appear when I am at end of process to buy gems, then screen go black. Please fix this.

I am now getting this issue, when I never had it before. It seems to effect me after I have purchased the gems and the only way to get rid of it is to restart the game.

I have the same the problem today, this is my first time trying to buy gem from Black Lion Company. However, every time I get into the screen where I need to fill info. The screen went black and I have to restart the game all over again.

I don’t know what to do, please help!!!

I’m having this same exact issue. It used to work fine months ago but now whenever I’m near the end of purchasing my gems the screen turns black and there’s no way to get out of it unless you quit the game through task manager.

I’d really appreciate it if anybody can help with this issue? It’s quite frustrating.
