im using HG8245H huawei modem/rooter combo can u help me whit the black screen anyone !!!

There’s a post from a few days back about this issue, that guy solved it by connecting his computer directly to internet.

its connected tro cable not wifi not helping that also on outer games i dont have any problems WOW league etc

I ment avoiding router and connecting your computer direclty to internet
