Guild Wars 2

I get a black screen once in a while , and it is very annoying because i cant finish my quest.
the screen just goes black ,i can still hear the music in the background but all i can do is alt f4.
every time i come back in the game i need to restart the whole mission until i get to the boss and then the screen just goes black.
how do i fix this because this makes the game unplayable.

Oh and now the game wont even launch, i click play and nothing happens.great

Are you using any 3rd party programs, such as RivaTuner or other graphics card apps? Try disabling them.
