Black screen at start up (Mac)
Go into library>application support>guild wars 2
Remove or delete this folder and try running it again.
THANK YOU. It worked!
I have a Mountain Lion OS and I cannot find anything that you have mentioned the only guild wars 2 logo that i have is the one within the applications. Is there a solution for me please?
Hebi, the users library folder is hidden by default in Mountain Lion. Open up a Finder window, then hold the alt/option key and click on the Go menu. As long as you are holding alt/option, you will see Library listed there.
Once you click on Library, you should be able to browse through to Application Support and delete the Guild Wars 2 folder.
