i got the same problem.

but i solved it with a simple solution.

eventho my mailbox isn full, i still didnt see my item on my mailbox.
same thing happen when my friend sent me mail.

the solution [ which work for me till now ] is u must delete one of your mail [ yea even if ur mailbox isnt full ] after that u’ll get ur item. give it a try

I agree, and I was just telling a fellow team member that fact: To ensure receipt of missing mails, it’s best to clear the entire mailbox. (Be sure to remove any items from the mails before deleting the mails, of course. )
