EIGHT DAYS since I last was able to play because of buggy email authentication and NOBODY has answered my ticket. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’d ask for a refund but I doubt anyone would ever answer that ticket. I think it might be charge back time

charge back; you have complete legal right to do so. I would not be surprised if there were mass charge backs at this rate.( I have atleast 3 friends thinking of it).
You could try to create a new ticket but make sure the information in it is 100% undoubtedly accurate so once they finally get round to it its a clear cut case of “give access to the game”
You would want dates/times if possible; character names if any; CD Key etc.

I have kept my ticket up to date with every shred of data I could imagine them needing including serial, last 4 of credit card, order number etc. I opened new tickets when they told us too and then yesterday they told us not too. Seems like they have no idea. Very frustrating.
