Blue hue on the screen when playing
Sorry if you have already tried this, but could you delete the “Guild Wars 2” folder from “~/Library/Application Support”?
Note: There are at least 2 Library folders. One is on the root of Mac HD, called Library (we are not interested in this one), the other hidden in your account’s folder, under Users/yourusername. It is usually referred to as ~/Library. It is where many of your personal mac account settings are saved, including GW2 client files.
If the Library folder is hidden, open Finder, then from the menu select Go and while holding Option key you should see the Library folder. Click on it, then find “Application Support” and finally Guild Wars 2. Delete the Guild Wars 2 folder from here.
There is actually a known issue with some macs (including yours, which is the same as mine except without the high-res screen) where the screen’s colour profiles can get kind of screwy when the graphics card is switched from the Intel card to the AMD one.
(Meaning that there will sometimes be a blue tint when it’s on the AMD card, but if you switch it back to intel then it will go back to normal)
The easiest way to discern if this is the problem – open up System Preferences, then go to the Energy Saver tab and click the box next to “automatic graphics switching”, if you can see a visible change when you tick the box then that’s the problem (try clicking it on and off a couple times if you need to).
I used to have this problem and it did eventually go away by itself (which is odd..)
One thing I can suggest – try doing a PRAM reset. It’s the only thing you haven’t tried that has a chance of helping.

If you do that make sure you read that page because it tells you what settings might be reset – so there are things you’ll have to go back and change after the PRAM reset (e.g. time zone and screen resolution).
