Guild Wars 2

Hello everyone!

I bought GW2 for about a month ago, and my account is in trial mode.
I can only do hearts and waypoints, dailies are locked and basically all other stuff.

I didn’t even have a trial account, I just bought the game and right after registered the serial code, though it was during that free trial week that i registered.

I tried to contact Arena.net through support to fix this problem, but I only get responded with automatic e-mails telling me to reset my password and that everything is fine with my account, but it’s not!

Anyone having this problem? I haven’t found anyone yet, this year, who went through the same thing.

Many features of the game are level-locked. As your character levels up, these features unlock. You can read more about it in the Wiki, here: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Level_rewards

Umm I know about that, but it’s weird, on map loadings nothing appears.
I’m level 11, I can’t do skill points and map completion.

And can’t seem to find skill points and map on the link you sent, does these open later?

Skill challenges are unlocked at level 13; at lower levels, they are not shown on the map and cannot be interacted with.
