Guild Wars 2

Well as the topic states, I currently have all 3 of the new minis, and unfortunately while buying keys from my recently bought tab, the mini pack went up a slot and I accidentally bought it again.

It’s still in the unopened package, and I’m just wondering, is there any way for me to get the 500 gems refunded and the minis taken away? I would greatly appreciate some help on the matter.

It’s possible but you need to send a support ticket, or rather “ask a question” as it’s called from the support page.

“I accidentally”

Means that it was your fault, not Anet’s or the Servers fault. Means they can’t intervene, unless they feel like being nice.
