I meant to buy “The Golden Lotus” but accidently bought “Star of Elona.” This took 30 Laurels which would be at least another month to collect again. Any chance I could get either this item replaced or refunded?

Sadly, with user-error, there is no policy for replacing items. In the future, try to inspect your purchases very carefully, so no mistakes will be made. Sorry for your loss.

Unfortunately, this type of item will not be replaced or refunded. They already have clearly stated they do not have the ability at this time to refund the purchase or replace it with the item you were looking for. It simply comes down to the players needing to be sure of your purchase before finalising it.

It’s pretty kinda balls that this can happen at all. Everything is one single list, their names are of no indication of what kind of item you’re going to get. The order isn’t even in some kind of grouping either. There really needs to be an emergency refund option for these kinds of sales. Hell, why wasn’t there even a confirmation?
