Everythings always been instant when bought on the BLTC, recently bought a makover kit and it consumed my 350 gems but never sent the item via mail.

Is your mailbox empty? Some special event letters might fill them up without showing it in the counter. Or you have 10 private letters. If that is the case, it may show up some time after you made some space.
