Bought excess bank slots
Contact support. Go to the support tab at the top of the page and then go to ‘ask a question’. If they give you your gems back, and I think they have for cases like this, they will ask you to delete the item. So don’t trash’ it or anything like that till they say so.

You can file a ticket with support and kindly ask about a refund on the gems. They may or may not give it to you. They have been known in the past to issue gem related refunds, but for what and why I don’t know.
It would be nice if the game did a check of your account and prevented the purchase of items that you can’t use.

Please contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. I feel sure that we help with all of these, because it’s not clear that you have maxed out the slots when you purchase, so we want to get you back the gems, once the purchase and details are verified.
