Bought gems, got nothing
Check that your mail isn’t full. Usually gem store purchases come trough the mail, but if your mailbox says “10/10” you won’t receive it. Deleting some messages (anything with an envelope icon, the heart ones don’t count) should make it so you start receiving the missing mail, the gems might be there.

I didn’t mean the ingame mail, i meant the mail i registered my account with. You always get a mail like that, with order number and stuff.
