Hello, as the title mentiones, is it possible to get a gem refund as I’ve bought the same item twice from the Black Lion Trading Company.

The item is ’Rox’s short bow skin’ but my intention was to buy the ’Rox’s Quiver set instead’.

Is it possible to get a refund as the second purchased item is still in my mail box?

You can read through this, and also contact Customer Support through ‘Ask a Question’.
They usually do not replace or refund items lost or obtained through user-error, but it will not hurt to inquire about it. Good luck. =)
