I have contacted support over 4 times but I can’t get any help with replacing my Rytlock Statue that came broken in the box. The support is terrible, despite me including pictures and making it clear that it’s the physical item that’s broken, they “pretend” it’s the digital item that’s broken.

That is realy stupid on Anet’s part. I guess they don’t read carefully…
