Hope someone from ANet see’s this or the bug report I sent. I have no clue what just happened. We just cleared the temple of Balthazar, and I bought 121 shards. Some started posting a link in chat, so I did. I then went to Lian’s Arch, to let other know it was open. I headed to the bank, and when I looked to bank them, they were GONE. Not in inventory, not in bank. I zapped back, nope. I went back to bank, got one, and went to a vender to see if they were sellable, nope, they are not. Account bound and all. I sent a bug report with screen shot from temple, with chat showing. I hope they will check or will be able to review my account. Over 254K karma to get 121, and all gone. That’s a lot of gaming to acquire. If your going for a legendary, and this happened, you would feel like quitting too.

Best to file a ticket with customer support and wait. They can help you track down where the item went, and help you from there. I can see that you sent in a bug report. Is that your ticket with customer support?
