Guild Wars 2

Hi i made my GW2 account about 1 week ago and i have not played it once untill now because of i get a error everytime i login and press ’’play’’.
i have tried to set GW2 into steam, /clientport 80 and even recover my windows 7.
when i login with with the /clientport i get a black sign saying ‘’guild wars 2 has encountered an error’’ and this is the error code 42:0:9001:4119 and this is the build as the title says build: 16458.
and when i try to login with the normal GW2 without the /clientport 80 this is the error i get:

i tried the troubleshoot now but it didnt change anything i still have the same problem.
