What does it want me to do here, may be dumb but don’t buy stuff that often online.

These are simply names for saved preferences. If you haven’t saved any cards or addresses to your account, they will appear blank. Simply selecting “create new” or “default” is probably the best way to go. Cheers!

in the name field put a name such as “temp”, “whatever”, “Who cares” or a more meaningful name if you want to let anet keep your credit card number, such as “DingDangDong Credit Card”, “Mom’s Credit Card”
