Guild Wars 2

I am trying to buy Gems to take advantage of the current and upcoming sales.

However when I try to buy gems it pulls up my Name etc. correctly but the Credit Card area in seemingly locked. The information area is Red and will not accept any input.

This sale only has two hours left.

I need immediate HELP, PLEASE!

It is always best to submit a request for help with Customer Service. There isn’t anything that can be done from the forums, unfortunately. Best of luck to you. =)
