I need to know if my account is able to use my new CE key. I attempted to make a ticket about it, and have not yet gotten a response. The key returns an overlap message and now my acct name has changed from Drago.9873 to drago.4159. I have not yet recieved my items or elites in-game either.

I don’t have the Deluxe or CE, but before on GW1 you had to type /bonus into the chat to receive items.

So not sure if its the same thing, but there is a FAQ I believe on the main site.

It’s not the same. You don’t have to type /bonus, or anything. The items show up in the in-game mail.

My friend is having this issue too.

the only thing i found about overlap it that you have to make a new account if you wont CE account….

This is not the same thing. I do not have a CE key already on my account. I only had a pre-order code, and a retail key. If I had a CE key on my account already, I would have my elite / items.
