b: Consider all information you have ever given to Anet , including the things you say in private chat being logged AND stored on US servers. It is an American company.

Hmmm, I’m a server admin and im cautious bout telling too much details bout what I suspect how they pulled the system together.

The EU-servers in Germany are placed there to prevent lag from too long routing issues. The login-server however is in the US. So all your login details are there. Payment info is there. And I suspect atleast the backup of the logging server (logging all text in chat and behaviour) are there too. So thats why I’m saying that you can consider all privacy-related info to exist on the servers in the us. either as a direct source or as a back-up source.
