Guild Wars 2

so when i open guild wars 2 the regular login launcher shows up and i can click play. After the actual game shows up on my taskbar but will not open if i click it. i can hover over it and it will show the character pick on the small window but it will not open when iclick it. Earlier today i was messing around with my dual monitors and i tried putting GW2 into windowed mode and dragged it to the other montior and left it like that. afterwards i unplugged the monitor from my laptop and i tried replaying it but will not open even though it shows up in my taskbar. please help

try deleting the “local.dat” file, located at /my documents/Guild Wars 2/
