Hi guys,

I’ve been having a terrible time with the game since the 16th patch, I either crash to desktop where the serious error window pops up, or the game just freezes and stops responding so I have to close the process. I don’t have any issues with any other game and my PC is in tip top shape. I have tried doing a client repair but it didn’t help.

Bump. If anyone knows how to troubleshoot the crash file please do so.

According to the crash report, the fault was in nvd3dum.dll which is your NVIDIA video drivers. The first thing to do when working on a video driver issue is to use something like “Display Driver Uninstaller” to remove all traces of old video drivers. Just follow their instructions about running it in safe mode. Then install the current version of the drivers for your video card and see if the problem occurs again.
