Camera bounce when rotated (solution)
I’ve had the same problem…usually in WvW and I lose target when it happens.
Do you have a USB game controller plugged in?
If so, try unplugging it.

So, does it still happen to you?

Mouse is the only thing plugged. Thanks for suggestion.

If you’re on Mac and it happens, go into window mode, click the desktop then back into the game. When you go back to full screen it should fix it. It’s similar to the issue that sometimes happens when camera rotation goes really fast, which happens usually when you log out and back in again.

Thanks for suggestion, can’t try it since it seems I fixed my problem, will post solution below.
Ok, in case someone will find this thread later I’ll post here how I fixed this camera madness.
First thing you could try is to lower mouse polling rate to minimum (search for it). It didn’t fix camera for me, but made this bug occur a lot less frequent (like 50 times less frequent).
Next thing you might want to try is to temporarily remove or disable everything what might control mouse, drivers or other software. My culprit was application named Smooth Mouse (Mac OS app to control mouse acceleration), once I disabled it camera bug disappeared.
