Guild Wars 2

Hi there since day 1 I bought the game I could not use the buy gems or exchange in game Gold for gems. the two options are slightly gray and tell me they are not working at this time. I talked to many other players they say that they all can use theirs. I would love to be able to use mine. if you could help me fix this issue that would be wonderful.

How long have you been playing? There are restrictions for new players, that will expire after some time has passed.
