My brother initially created this account but he’s since left and I took it over. I’d very much like to change the email address from his to mine, is this possible?

Well, taking over someone else’s account, even your brother’s is against the ToS. The email address associated with an account can be changed, but only by the original account owner.

No, this because it is your brothers account and not yours. He should have never given it away because that is against the rules.

If you want an account linked to your own email, you will need to buy your own copy of the game.
