Can I get a pre-purchase refound ?

After watching Ele get everything Reaper(I play only Necro) gets but muc much better Iv desided to not really continue support this game and since I pre-purchased HoT Iam wondering if I can get my money back ? I know for a fact I wont play this anymore and just wondering if its gone or if a refound is possible ?

You’ll need to contact support directly about any refunds. Be sure to ask first if the refund will deactive your account and or the credit card use in this game before you accept it.
