It is the same for the forum and the game.
Account Name (e-mail address associated with your game account)
and
Password (combination of characters you have chosen – if you have forgotten your password, and it is saved to log into the forums, you can retrieve it with your browser’s tools)
If you continue to have issues logging in, you may want to consider contact CS. Top of Page – Support – Submit a Request. Good luck.
could you tell me how this is done please as I cant change my password or anything. I can log in on the website but not on client browser

How to contact Customer Support? At the top of this page, you can click ‘Support’, or mouse-over ‘Services’ and click ‘Support’. Once on the Support page, you can read through the Knowledge Base, or directly submit a request for assistance by clicking the ‘Submit a Request’ in the upper right-hand corner. Good luck.
im trying to retrieve my password using the internet tools as it is saved online but have never done this so would like some directions if possible

Ahh, well in Firefox, you would go to Options – Security – Saved Passwords – Show Saved Passwords.
In Chrome, it would be Customize – Settings – Advanced Settings – Passwords and Forms – Manage Saved Passwords.
I’m sure you could find the instructions for other browsers on Google, as I don’t use any others…sorry.

You will need to contact Customer Support for help with that. Top of Page – Support – Submit a Request. Good luck.
Edit: Make sure you check spam, junk, etc. folders, as well.
