If you upgrade to 4GB ram and get a budget graphics card, you’ll manage.
Get yourself an i5, 8GB ram and a cheap graphics card, and you’ll end up far happier.
If I can’t play Guild Wars 2 at work, I won’t work in Guild Wars 2 either.

I’m not sure about your graphics card, but you can totally play PvE stuff with that processor and 2GB of RAM if you don’t mind playing at sub 1080p resolution at 30FPS. My siblings play on a C2D 1.86GHz, 2GB RAM, 1600×900, and a GTX 650Ti and get around 30FPS in PvE areas.
