So, I had no idea where to put this. So.. i put it here. I’ve been buying a hefty amount of gems lately on my card, and now it’s not letting me buy anymore until I confirm my identity. Can I go about it through the forums? Where do I contact customer support?

There’s an internal cap on how much individuals can spend. It’s to combat potential creditcard fraud. I know of people who reached this cap, and just contacted support for an override.
