Guild Wars 2

So i was trying to link my GW1 account but i found that it was not letting me. Curious i tried to log into my GW account but i no longer can, and the website says my account was permanently blocked? Im curious as to why since i havent logged into GW or aion for years and was wanting to play them.

You’ll need to submit a support ticket. No one on the forum has access to your account data to tell you what’s happened.

You will need to contact the GW CS Team, and ask for assistance. Unfortunately, these forums are exclusively for GW2 issues, so that will be your only recourse.

Maybe your account was hacked and then banned. No one on the forum will be able to answer this. You will need to contact Guild Wars 1 support.

I’m sure I saw a thread maybe just last week where people were having this problem. I can’t find the thread though.
