I been playing the game for over 2 years and never had any issues to log in. I logged out last night and today when i try to log in i am denied access. Reason from you is that my router/security/something something have changed. This is not the case at all. Nothing have changed since i logged in to this account everything is the same. My pc is personal and none have or can gain access to it here at my home so if anything have changed i would know.

There was an issue for me yesterday though. I logged on after the patch to my maincharacter and started the LS, i enter the first quest and decide to change character to a more dps-friendly character. I relog and go to the tab to start the LS and eachtime i hit the tab i get freeze screen, i try this in 10 different variations and then try and relog other characters and the others works, but the second one that got freeze screen still get it so i picked yet another character and made the quest.
Other then this absolutely nothing have changed or been treated differently.

I have a very high playtime and are very active in all paths of the game and need to get access to it again since people are waiting for me, so please check in to this.

After about an hour i could log back in again but i got dc from wvw 3 times for no reason what so ever.

Same thing today again. I am inside of wvw raiding with my guild. My game crash telling me i can not reach a server. I restart game and i can log in to my account but not my server. I get message saying router/firewall/bla bla again, which i find funny consider it worked 1 min ago just fine and are still working just fine with any other situation.

BUT ok i restart pc on numerous ocations, and the router ofcourse and i end up in character selction, but i can not hit the play button, i switch between chars and in the end i log in but instantly i hit the wvw button my game crash again telling me i can not reach server. I also notice that this is actually some sort of weird lag issue, and not from my side, because my fps is just fine, everything else is working just fine (pc/tv/phone) is running through internet and none of it is having any lag issue what so ever. But i notice in game that it takes forever to load in, to load the area. I can walk in the area, but i can not use any skills and it takes forever before this goes off. So obviously this is some sort of lag issues that added with last patch.

So far the help i got from a-net is to reset my password, which i can not for the love of god understand why, i can clearly log in to my account and in to the game so my password is not issue. Could you guys look in to this because same thing also happens to others, and i don’t see any response from a-net confirming the issue.

Lag and fps issues are not necesaroly related just because your fps is normal does not mean you are not having a connection issue. There is most likely something going on in the rout your being directed in to connect to the game servers you need to do a ping path or trace rout to determine if there are any issues between you and the game servers
