I’ve tried both Paypal and Credit Card, and they always return with “Unfortunately an error has occurred. Please try again alter!”

I get the same error message. I put in a ticket asking about the same thing – still no response yet.

Same thing happening over the last 24 hours for me, as well. /sadpanda I guess Anet doesn’t want our money.

I had that issue too. I managed to get around it buying a smaller amount of gems twice and let the GMs know. I also let them know other people were having issues. Hopefully this gets sorted out.
