I used my credit card, debit card, Paypal ; to purchase gems when i clicked the “confirm” button it keeps showing :

I am having the same problem. An error pops at the end of the transaction. Seems like coding error. I already started a ticket, we’ll see how it goes.

If none of the workarounds worked for you, then, yes, contacting support is your best bet.

No idea if this could be related but in the first month of the game, for my exgirlfriends account, $25 in gems DID NOT WORK. Always an error. She tried $50 and it approved it.

This issue was replicated twice.

So it was a long time ago and might of been fixed. But if this applies to your situation, since theres not many details in your post, try buying $50.
