Can't Log into Support Account
I can’t log into my support account.
I have an account as I’ve submitted tickets in the past.
I’ve tried all the passwords I’ve ever used with Guild Wars.
The reset password https://guildwars2.zendesk.com/access/help here does not work.
I’ve asked for an email to be sent so I can reset password but I never get an email.I want to submit a ticket about a possible refund for my two extra consortium harvesting sickles and two extra molten pickaxes, but I can’t because I can’t log into support.

Support no longer uses the support account way of helping. Now, you just go to Support and submit a request (an email) by clicking at the top right of the page. If you are having trouble getting emails from ArenaNet, there is a thread here about that.

I am having the exact problem with the GW1 version of support (just remove the “2” in the above address) Why not “fix” that and save the confusion to people?

Support no longer uses the support account way of helping. Now, you just go to Support and submit a request (an email) by clicking at the top right of the page. If you are having trouble getting emails from ArenaNet, there is a thread here about that.
I’m getting emails just fine, but I don’t see where it says to use the anonymous ticket at the top right to submit a ticket. (I did that anyways)
and the knowledgebase articles point you to log in to submit a request: Example – https://guildwars2.zendesk.com/entries/27697743-Refunds
I can see that the links in the Knowledge Base articles take you to a page asking you to log-in to your support account. They really should fix that, as well as update many of the different pages around the sites with old links or outdated information. Maybe a post over in Forum and Website Bugs will help.
All I can say is to use the link in the top right-hand corner of the Support page to ‘Submit a Request’.

Yeah, they do need to update their knowledge base articles so that the links are correct.
Thank you for writing this forum post, I just wasted two hours of my time trying to log into support, glad I don’t have to waste anymore now… I hope.
If the website and articles still refer to a support account, you might want to post in the Website bugs forum.
