I can’t access the My Account link when I log into my account. I’ve tried resetting it, and when I get the auth email, it lets me in to the forums but it goes unknown authorization and does not let me into that part of my account.

I’ve also lost about 17g. I had 57 gold, logged out, logged in the next day and I was down to 40 gold. I’ve changed my passwords for email and game and have submitted a ticket.

You need only wait for a response to your ticket. They are the ones that can answer your questions. Good luck.
