just tried to buy Gems once again from the Black Lion Trading Company, but for some strange reason it refuses my CC, although it worked before without any problems and there sure is more then enough money on it.

Could you guys please check my account if it for some odd reason got blocked in buying gems?

It’s Saturday and Gaile Gray, the Support Liaison who posts here most likely won’t be back until Monday. If your problem is persisting till then maybe you can update your thread on that day to bring it to her attention.

However in that link I gave she did say:
3. For all other problems purchasing gems, please contact Support to investigate further

Thanks for the answer Gaile, it worked again after that weekend.

But this week or well today, I tried again to purchase Gems for 100Euros this time, and I seem to be blocked again. I’d really appreciate it if you could look into my account and check why I can’t purchase gems and maybe remove the restricitons on my account for another 24h or something like that.
