Can't buy gems (confirm your identity)

Hello,
I have this issue when try to buy gems:
“We appreciate your continued pucharses. Please contact customer support to confirm your identity before making additional pucharses.”
I agreed with this kind of security, love it. But Im out of gems. xD
I have sent a ticket, but I want to know if someone know how its work.
