Don t know if anyone else is having this but me and some of my guildies cant connect to login server ? is something happening ?

Dear Support:

Can you or anyone help me why my main account keeps been kicked out of the game when I am trying to log in? I have access to another account, which is my gf and my sister’s, I used them to log in with the SAME IP and can log in and play just fine?

I have already try to switch VPN, reboot twice, turn on/off the internet, and change my main account’s password once. Still getting kicked the second within I loaded my game.

Anyone know how this can be solved? Thanks.

It’s happening to me aswell.. Once i select a character i get kicked out of the game =/

Same thing happened to me when I tried to switch characters.
Might be just a really temporary thing, we should wait some minutes and try again.

Having the same issue on my Eng. I can log onto a different character, but my Eng is stuck in a teleportation loop. I’m getting error code 42:5:7:1008:101. Two guildies got the same error code within 5 minutes of each other.

I am having this issue as well.
my account is not working but my son’s is

had that error, went on to an alt and it worked. Then tried again and went to the alt again, just can’t get on for now.

I am getting it whenever I try to change maps. It possible it’s being caused by hacks?

I was about to say my alt is fine while my main stuck in loading screen, now my alt get kicked too lol

I’m having the same login problem, won’t let me login to any of my chars.

My character can’t log in either. I am in Lion’s Arch. Says something about game client is unable to access the log in server and talks about firewall issue, even though this doesn’t seem to be the case.

I think it depends on the area in which your character is located. I could not get on to one of my characters in the Ruins of Orr region, but I could get on to another character somewhere in the Charr area. Once I chose to teleport to Lion’s Arch, that second character bugged out as well. My third character also in the same Charr area could still login.

Add me to the list. Trading post quit working while on my lvl 80 elementalist so I logged of while in LA. Tried to log back in and got error code 42:5:7:1008:101 and it says I’m in bloodtide. I can log in with my other characters tho.

The char that cant log is in LA. It shows 0% map completion on that char, but the others can log fine. They are not in LA.

could you imagine if a moderator actually came and told us the issue it would have been worth the 60$ to buy this crap

Just started getting this same error code. Was on my main in Rata Sum and tried to port out when connection just dropped. I have tried my other toons, only 1 loads all the way into the game.

Same issue here. Due to all the issues with logging in and other errors and bugs we are losing guild members at an increasing rate.

This is happening to me too. Sometimes I can actually load into a map but when I try to port into another I get the error message.

Edit: It now says the my character has 0% world completion.

Booted from game when character finished Fractals dungeon and was zoning to LA. Same error code as everyone else. Can’t log back in on that character. Other characters in LA are fine.

Same issues . did all ports forwarding on my router but not solved. Game server’s issue for sure.

Just randomly started getting this message as I log into my character.

I am having the same problem. I tried to zone for quest on my new engineer and havent been able to log in with any character since. getting error code (42:5:7:828:101)

Same issue here. Dragonbrand server. Seems to be an issue with Lion’s Arch.

The issue is with LA it seems. All my characters not in LA can log in just fine, those in LA, cannot. As a test, I took my Ele, who was not in LA and playable, to LA and now he is unplayable.

And to those of you hating on the game because of bugs, perhaps MMOs is not the right genre for you. Try an FPS, or checkers.

Apperntly it only happens with some toons but, not others.

Now I cant even get to character select screen. Try to log in and I get the error code: 42:4:7:610

Now I can’t log into the game at all. Hopefully this means they are fixing it?

Happened to me while trying to get into EB on Blackgate.

Now unable to even get past the launcher.

i have the same issues on logging in and character use. an i think that they are working on a couple things coming up for december wintersday and new years event! in the mean time while they re working on these issues you can always go see your guildwars 1 to play it?!

Just left AC Story, went to my world’s borderland than used portal to LA. Got the error. Logged back, succesfully went to LA than tried to go through divinity reach portal and crashed again. Now my 80 sylvari guard can’t login anymore. Char selection screen tells me it is in LA and it has 0% map completion.
My lv 7 asura thief can’t login either, same message. It is in Metrica Province and char selection tells me 1% map complete.
I am on Jade Quarry world. My charr logs in fine. My human necro and my norn ranger get the same error and are at different locations.

frustrating. My cousin is having the exact same issue. He can only log in to one of his characters.

Any characters that are in LA seem to be affected on my account as well.

Strange, it gives me the error when I attempt to log onto my Mesmer and disconnects, but allows me to log onto my 52 Warrior with just a little lag. :/
