Just checking if you are using a different email address from your first account. You need to have a separate email address per account.
I know. It was being set up for my wife with a separate e-mail account. I have made a CS request, but I was hoping for a speedier response if it just happened to be something stupid I missed.
I checked to see if it made a difference whether I clicked on the confirmation e-mail link or added the new code in manually. It didn’t make a difference.
