Guild Wars 2

A lot of users, including me cannot get past the character selection screen, all whom were in WvW when the patch hit. It just says the log-in server is having issues, and quits the game. (the client login works, just not the character-selection)

yes, same firewall and other stuff error after that wvw redirection to LA thingy. seems no1 knows what is happening

Having the same problem as well as my friend here at home. At first i tough it was a Lan problem, i restarted the router and i still cant get past the character selection.
Error code for help 42:5:7:878:101

Same problem here, was in WvW, I can’t log back in after the 20 minute redirect to lions Arch after the update – same error message, I hope this doesn’t have a negative impact on WvW scores this week as we are in a very close battle.

Same problem here. Cannot log in since the patch downloaded and installed. Also i cannot log in with none of my characters, i played main in WvW but i cannot log in with the 4 other characters as well.

Same for me and about 20 Guildies that we were at WvW, all other that played pve or spvp have logged sussesfully.
