Can't install GW2 on laptop.

Hello there,
So I have this new Dell laptop which is pretty good and I tried to install GW2 but when I open the installer a download window pops up and then when it’s finished it closes and then nothing. I am 100% sure my laptop meets the system requirements.
Windows 8.1
Intel Core i5 processor @2.50Ghz
4 GB Ram

At 4GB on the RAM side you are already on the low-end, but what vid card does the lappy have? Or is it integrated?

Which i5 CPU ?
What GPU ?

The Video Card is Intel HD Graphics 4000 and the CPU is an Intel Core i5 3210M @2.50GHz.

Oh I fixed it. It seemed that the lappy needed some updates. But thank you anyway.

It meets the requirments …barely.

Dont expect great performance.

It’ll get good performance on medium. A few of my friends play on the same settings with same graphics chip but both of them have an i3 and i5.

My recommendation is to set it to best performance and then tweak the minor performance impacting settings the way you like it.
