Can’t log into the game keep getting this error code 42:0:9001:4137, i have shut my firewall down to see if that would fix it and it did not my internet provider went through my router and made sure everything was open and that was fine, I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still nothing can not log in i have sent a ticket and this is the ticket number 191699 i could log into my gw1 account until i sent the ticket and told them i could but not able to log into gw2 and then i try and go back and log into gw1 and now it will not let me and I have not heard anything from anet telling me i could do this and it would fix it I just played the game 5 days ago before i moved and since the move i am now unable to play the game

I was having trouble logging in yesterday after having a new modem installed. I would enter my info then my authenticator code and it would give me error code 11:1030:8:423 I sent off a support request and then continued to troubleshoot myself. I have a linked GW1 account and was able to log into that still. After searching forums for possible solutions and getting nowhere I went into my mobile google authenticator and checked out all the options. I found a sync option, tried it, and then was able to log back into GW2. I hope this helps someone.

ive been having the same issue as pepper same error number and everything i bought and downloaded the game about 5 days ago and since iver downloaded it i have yet to be able to play ive tried everything it says to do like turning off firewalls and restarting my computer and router. ive also tried redownloading it about 3 times and still no change.

it also wont even let me log in while its downloading and i dont know what to do about it
