So I purchased the game when it was announced that beta access was available for prepurchasers, and played one of the beta weekends and logged in at midnight for the headstart before launch.

Everything was fine. I went to bed around 1:30am, and when I woke up I couldn’t log in. I understood there were server issues so I did other things. However, I still can’t log in. I put in a support ticket after a day had past, and 3 days later got an automated response. I have since got another message that just said “we haven’t forgot you, just keep waiting.”

It has now been over a week since the actual launch date and I have missed it completely, along with the rest of my headstart period.

My error code is: 10:5:11:2130:101

I have opened my router’s ports, uninstalled all antivirus and firewalls, updated graphics drivers, and the game still won’t run. I can log into the game enough to see friends that are online, but upon selecting my necromancer, or choosing to make a new character my game shows the error code and quits to the launcher.

I have never had a problem connecting to a mmo server, and can play SWTOR, WOW, Rift, etc with no problems..

Anyone have any ideas? It seems that the game’s support has no ideas.
