Dear Anet,

Whenever I try to login it gives me this error: (attachement)

I had no problems at all yesterday and my internet is working fine for everything else.
Any suggestions/solutions I can try?

Reset your modem/router.
Mine was giving me the same thing.
Reset it and it connects with no problem.

Ehm, problem is I already reset it.. still doesn’t work for me unfortunatly.

Do you have a firewall security application that is running on your machine? If so try disabling it, momentarily, if that does not work I would say either try an port forward or put your machine (from your router’s settings) in DMZ mode, again momentarily. If either of those work, you’ve found the issue is indeed network related.
