I change Server 2 last week but I Can’t play in WvW

When you change server, you cant play for the remainder of that matchup and the entire next matchup.

So if you changed last week (asuming before fridays reset) you should be able to enter wvw after todays reset, in about 2 hours time

Yes, that means you need to wait until the next match-up. You will be able to join your server-mates next Friday.
