Guild Wars 2

So I recently patched GW2, I go to login in and can’t remember my password.
I go to recover my password, I enter in my email address, serial code and then my character name and it doesn’t work.
I have an in game screenshot from an earlier time that proves my character name is correct, I have emails from GW2 that show that my email adress and serial code are correct and still it won’t let me change my password.

The password for the forum and the game is the same. It may be possible to retrieve a forgotten password by using your browser tools. If that fails you can contact support and make a ticket and they can send you a link to reset your password.
