I typed the code correctly, but the “redeem” button is grey and I can’t click on it so I am unable to redeem it.

Just fyi. Having the same issue here.

When you open your mouth, make sure you brushed your teeth.

got the button now, then it says 2000gems, do you want to enter another code, but i didnt got my 2k gems :/ !!!
