Can't redeem the gem code
Same here. Can this be fixed before the halloween event ends? Bought the gem card to get the Halloween costumes, would really suck if I didn’t get them.
You might post here, Unable to purchase Gems. I know it’s not the same issue, but it’s a related issue and it seems to be a thread they pay attention to.
Is the ‘Redeem’ button greyed-out before or after putting in your Gem code?
If before, you might consider contacting the CS Team. If after, make sure to type in any spaces, dashes, and all alpha-numeric symbols before attempting to ‘redeem’.

It remains grey doesn’t matter I typed the code or not.

Yesterday I was with a friend and he purchased me and him Gem Cards one from Best Buy and one from Game Stop. We have each tried our cards and are having the same issue as stated above, the Redeem button never lighting up or being able to click the button, it stays grayed out. Have typed in code in every conceivable way with spaces, without, dashes etc.
Still doesn’t work. I want the halloween costumes so bad.
This should be fixed now, can anyone verify?
