So, I tried to good and change my password as suggested by Anet. After going through a halv dozen attempts I finally got one that was accepted. I went on to play through Act III of the Halloween event then got D/Ced like so many others(or was it all?) when the game crashed.

I can’t for the life of me remember which of the passwords finally got accepted and therefore can’t log back in. I’ve tried to restore my account but everytime I go through the process and get to the point where you need to choose the “reset password” button, it fails. I get FAILURE Reset failed please try again or contact support.

I’ve written to support but have and got back a message saying my log-in problems should be corrected! I didn’t have log-in problems except that I don’t know my password! And re-trying only results in more Failure messages.

Anyone else having this problem or know a solution?
